RoutineArc service terms
Service and eligibility
RoutineArc is provided by RoutineArc LLC, registered in Hawaii, United States, and operated by Johan Andres Uribe. Contact routine.arc@gmail.com for support or questions about these terms.
RoutineArc helps you create exercise routines, record workouts, and synchronize your progress. The initial service is intended for adults aged 18 or older in the United States and is offered in English. Before signing in, you must confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these terms. Keep your sign-in method secure and use only accounts you are entitled to access.
Exercise and generated routines
RoutineArc provides general fitness tools. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a medical condition. Its content is not personalized medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical questions and whether an exercise is appropriate for you.
Generated routines can contain errors, omissions, or unsuitable exercises. Review and adapt a routine to your abilities and circumstances before using it. Stop exercising if you experience concerning symptoms and seek appropriate help. RoutineArc is not an emergency service and does not monitor your condition. We do not promise any particular health or fitness result.
Your content and use
You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You allow RoutineArc and its service providers to process that information as needed to generate routines, store and synchronize your workouts, and provide the service as described in our privacy policy. This permission does not authorize selling your fitness information or using it for advertising.
Do not submit information you lack permission to use, include another person's private information, misuse accounts, attack the service, or use it unlawfully. Do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, or medical records in routine descriptions. Generated content may resemble other content and is not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
Changes and account closure
Features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copy of information that is important to you. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security problems, or legal obligations. Where practical and lawful, we will explain a restriction and how to contact us about it.
You can stop using RoutineArc and request deletion through the app or our external deletion instructions. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. The privacy policy explains the handling of account information and records that expire separately.
Software license and rights
For the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the software license. These terms govern the RoutineArc service; they do not replace that software license or Apple's applicable store terms. We do not appoint Apple as the operator of RoutineArc.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. We will publish an effective date and give notice of material changes to these terms through the service or another appropriate channel.
